I have played the violin for 30 years, played professionally for 18, and have performed in over 250 weddings and countless other gigs. I have a bachelor's degree in music from the University of South Alabama and I am currently Concert Master for the Elsewhen Orchestra. I play solo violin, but I also have a string quartet. I also have many musician friends so if you want a violin and a guitar, or a violin and a piano, etc, I can make that happen. I play in a variety of genres - classical, Celtic, pop, Movie themes, and more. I love playing Irish music and can improv on the spot. You can expect an experienced professional. I've been playing violin for 30 years, and over 20 years professionally. I have a degree in music from the University of South Alabama. I have performed in over 250 weddings and have an expansive repertoire. I have performed many other gigs such as Christmas parties, anniversaries, work parties, and funerals. I will arrive at the gig early and bring my own music stand, clips, and a small amplifier just in case.
I'm a violinist of 30 years, a ballet dancer, a world traveler, and an avid reader. I love playing music and meeting new people through it.
I have an acoustic/electric 5 string violin.
For the majority of events, I require no amplification. I do keep a small amp with me at all times just in case my sound doesn't carry.
I do require an armless chair for weddings to be placed in the place I will be performing.
