JULIUS TEAM BUILDING: Julius Csizmazia, Live Leadership Team Development
Overview
I'm Julius Csizmazia, founder of JULIUS TEAM BUILDING. I develop teams that perform under pressure — through live, experiential sessions.
A moment of magic does something no lecture can: it hands the whole room one shared experience to examine — what people noticed, what they missed, and how quickly a group builds confidence around the wrong picture. Your team laughs, participates, and then watches itself work.
Programs run from a 45-minute conference session to a full-day workshop, for groups of five to one thousand — at your office, venue, or offsite. Teams at Mayo Clinic, Kraft Heinz, Ericsson, TNB Financial, Paysafe, and the University of Florida have trusted me with the room.

What to expect
WHAT YOUR GROUP EXPERIENCES
Every session runs on participation. Your group works through live challenges and shared moments — including moments of magic no one in the room can explain — and each one becomes something the team examines together: what people noticed, what they missed, who spoke, who held back, and how quickly a group commits to the wrong picture. The room laughs hard and thinks harder. People leave with a practice they use on Monday, not just a story from an afternoon.
Every program is built for your group. Before the event, we talk through your team, your occasion, and what you want different afterward. On the day, I arrive early, set up self-contained, and run the room start to finish.
WHAT THE EVENT PLANNER GETS
One facilitator who designs, delivers, and adapts the program himself — no crew, no subcontractors, no surprises
Simple staging: a microphone for larger groups, a small table, open space for activities
$1,000,000 liability insurance, with a certificate available for your venue
A clear run-of-show agreed before the event, and flexibility when the schedule moves on the day — because it always does
FORMATS AND OCCASIONS
Team building programs — a single department to a full company floor
Leadership and executive team workshops — communication, trust, and decision-making for intact teams
Executive retreats and off-sites — half day to full day
Keynotes and conference sessions — from a 45-minute breakout to a general session of one thousand
Sales meetings and kickoffs
EXECUTIVE RETREATS AND OFF-SITES
Retreat sessions move a leadership team past surface-level cooperation. Working through experiential challenges, the team watches its own habits surface — how it communicates, decides, and handles frustration — with a facilitator naming each pattern as it appears, in front of everyone, in the moment. Teams leave with decisions made, air cleared, and momentum that carries back to the office.
KEYNOTES
A keynote should do more than open the event. I build each talk around your theme and your audience, weave in moments of astonishment that make the core idea impossible to forget, and stay off the podium — the audience participates from the first minute to the last.
SALES MEETINGS AND KICKOFFS
Two decades in enterprise sales taught me where sales teams win: reading the room, holding attention, and staying resilient through long cycles. Kickoff sessions put those skills in front of your team and send them out sharper than they walked in.
BOOKING
Request a quote with your date, group size, and venue — and one sentence on what you want different on Monday. I respond personally.
About
I'm Julius Csizmazia, founder of JULIUS TEAM BUILDING. I develop teams that perform under pressure — and I design, facilitate, and deliver every engagement myself.
WHAT YOUR GROUP EXPERIENCES
Every session is built around live, shared moments your team examines together: what people noticed, what they missed, and how quickly a group builds confidence around the wrong picture. As a professional magician, I create those moments in a way no slide deck can — the room laughs, participates, and then watches itself work. People leave with something they use on Monday, not just a memory of a good afternoon.
Every program is designed for your group after a consultation about your team, your goals, and your occasion. Nothing runs from a standard script.
FORMATS
Team building programs — interactive sessions for groups from a single department to a full company floor
Executive and leadership team workshops — for intact teams working on communication, trust, and decision-making
Executive retreats and off-sites — full or half days built around the conversations your team keeps postponing
Keynotes and conference sessions — from a 45-minute breakout to a general session of one thousand
Sales meetings and kickoffs
Sessions run at your office, your venue, or your retreat location — based in Jacksonville, delivered nationwide.
WHO BOOKS THIS
Companies that want more than an activity: leaders who need a new team to connect, a good team to communicate under pressure, or a leadership group to leave the room aligned. If you want pure entertainment for a party or banquet, I do that too — through my separate entertainment practice — and I'm happy to point you the right way.
ABOUT JULIUS
Teams at Mayo Clinic, Kraft Heinz, Ericsson, TNB Financial, Paysafe, and the University of Florida have trusted me with the room. Before founding my practice, I spent two decades in enterprise sales at AT&T and Comcast, where I voluntarily built leadership programs and founded Comcast's Toastmasters chapter. I hold a Master of Science in Management and wrote THE INVISIBLE TAX, a book on why capable teams stall in execution. I perform and facilitate in English and Hungarian.
Every engagement begins with a conversation about your team. Request a quote and tell me your group size, date, and what you want different on Monday.

Stage & Setup Requirements
My technical requirements are simple and can be adapted to fit your specific venue and event needs. My goal is to make the setup process as easy as possible for you.
Here is a general guide:
Audio (for audiences over 50 people):
One wireless lavalier (lapel) microphone is preferred.
A wireless handheld microphone is also a great option.
Staging & Props:
For audiences over 100 people, a small raised platform or stage is ideal.
Good, general lighting on the performance/presentation area.
One small table (a cocktail table or similar) placed nearby for my materials.
For Interactive Workshops:
An open space large enough for the group to move around for activities.
Upon request for brainstorming sessions: one or two flip charts on easels with fresh markers.
Hospitality:
One bottle of cool water.
I am happy to discuss any of these details to best suit your event.

WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE
I build every program for your group after a conversation about your team, your occasion, and what you want different on Monday. Nothing runs from a standard script.
TEAM BUILDING PROGRAMS
Interactive sessions for a single department or a full company floor. Your team works through live challenges together and then examines what happened: what people noticed, what they missed, who spoke, who held back, and how fast the group committed to the wrong picture.
LEADERSHIP AND EXECUTIVE TEAM WORKSHOPS
For intact teams working on communication, trust, and decision making. Patterns get named out loud, in front of everyone, in the moment they appear.
EXECUTIVE RETREATS AND OFF-SITES
Half day to full day, built around the conversations your team keeps postponing. Teams leave with decisions made and air cleared.
KEYNOTES AND CONFERENCE SESSIONS
From a 45-minute breakout to a general session of one thousand. I build the talk around your theme and your audience, and I stay off the podium. The room participates from the first minute.
SALES MEETINGS AND KICKOFFS
Two decades in enterprise sales taught me where sales teams win: reading the room, holding attention, and staying resilient through long cycles. Kickoff sessions put those skills in front of your team.
HOW THE LEARNING LANDS
I am a professional magician, and I use that skill as a teaching tool rather than as the show. A moment nobody in the room can explain hands the whole group one shared experience to examine. The room laughs, participates, and then watches itself work. People leave with a practice they use on Monday, not just a story from a good afternoon.

Influences and inspiration
- Patrick Lencioni's work on team dysfunction shaped how I read a room of leaders.
- Stephen Covey and Simon Sinek taught me that principle outlasts technique.
- From Zig Ziglar and Anthony Robbins I took the craft of keeping a room fully alive — energy in service of the message, never instead of it.
- Seth Godin trained me to see the familiar differently, and Jacques Werth's High Probability Selling rebuilt my understanding of what happens between a buyer and a seller.
- Add two decades inside real teams under real pressure at AT&T and Comcast, and that mix — team science, stage presence, and sales reality — is what walks into your room.
