My name is Julia Mark and I'm a singer/songwriter. For the past several years, I've been performing original music and covers on piano and ukulele.
My music jazz-inflected and addresses a variety of topics including: trees, post-apocalyptic real estate, pennies, and the persistence of memory. Some of my influences include Joni Mitchell, Norah Jones, and The Weepies.

I've been living and performing in the Boston area since September 2013. I graduated last year with degrees in music and psychology and love to connect with others through music.
I typically perform solo, and am happy to play in the background or on center stage. My music has been described as: subtle, jazzy, unique, and approachable.
