He has opened for John Mellencamp on concert tour in front of 17,000 people, performed with the Philadelphia Orchestra, for the Los Angeles Dodgers, and many celebrities.
Needing the utmost in reliability, some clients have brought David overseas to perform at various events ranging from corporate training sessions to birthday parties, school assembly tours to television, and family reunions to international festivals in: Australia, Brazil, China, Dubai, France, Greenland, India, Panama, Russia, Scotland & Zanzibar!
David Cousin came early few hours to make sure everything set up for his show did amazing job. Kids and their parents were enjoying his show very much. Highly recommend him for your party or event.
David has been the best entertainer I have ever hired! Every year I hire an entertainer for the beginning of our Christmas Eve dinner, and David was by far the best! David is not only a fabulous entertainer, he is a very nice person. He was very communicative, prompt, and highly professional! The children were fascinated by his juggling skills, and David engaged the audience in participating, which was a huge hit! We would highly recommend hiring David for your event and would love to have him back for another one of our family gatherings.
I could not recommend David Cousin more highly! He was not only a talented performer, but a delight to have at our Event. The guests loved his performance. He continually looked for ways to help before and during the Event. His costume was superb and fit our Venetian theme, and know this is only one of many outstanding costumes he has. David was absolutely wonderful!
David was beyond awesome!
He was charming and super entertaining
Kids and adults loved him
We hired David Cousin for our elementary school's year-end carnival. He was so talented, professional and dressed appropriately for the young crowd. His performance was very entertaining while going through the crowd of 2,000+ guests. We have it down to reach out to him for next year's school event. Very pleased!
David kept a group of 30 kids and 15 adults too completely entertained with his juggling, his humor, and his totally charming routine at our recent party. He arrived not just on time but early and was completely professional in all our dealings. He even sent us a lovely hand-written thank you note after the performance. Rarely do you come across someone as nice and passionate about their craft - we only wish him well and look forward to booking him again next year!

Shows consisting of high energy and a graceful fluidity, clean comedy, cutting-edge technology, audience involvement, and music perfectly suited to delight all ages for any event.
Strolling interaction/atmosphere that is fun and engaging, festive and tasteful.
I learned to juggle from my 5th grade science teacher, and started performing on weekends later in that same 5th grade year....knowing then, that one day I was going to become a juggling entertainer. It would be nice to know that the person you select loves what they do, and really wants to be there.
"Being invited in, and entrusted with YOUR time & reputation for the success of your event is a privilege; not an entitlement." -David
Show performances can range from literally as short as a 30 second appearance (as for Bank of America), or up to 45 minutes. Routines can consist of comedy, graceful juggling to music, oversized props, glow-in-the-dark items, bowling ball juggling, tasteful use of volunteer helpers, and fire juggling upon request.
Completely customized shows with a theme or message can certainly be created -- nothing is too outrageous!
Strolling juggling atmosphere with elegant costumes to fit your color palate and decor is also available for up to 16 hours (as for Universal Studios).
**When I'm not enjoying performing locally, nationally, or internationally, I can be found having fun in my studio-garage creating something new or studying video of practice sessions. These practice sessions include striving for details like symmetry or intentional asymmetry with hand and foot positions, and shoulder angles. I've always unconditionally loved and appreciated the art of juggling, the sport of juggling, and the pursuit of juggling's endless uses of integrating various props, music, clean comedy, and audience interaction and participation.
I'm very touched to have had some of my work mentioned as stated below:

Additional Booking Notes
My costuming and preparation for whatever you're wanting, wherever you're needing it is something I guarantee....
...Some of the wonderful, and less usual events I've been invited to juggle at have included being on a hot summer beach in Zanzibar for 6 hours each day for 7 straight days, through heavy rain during the Carnival celebration in Venice Italy, performing a 45 minute show on a fully snow covered stage in New York, filming a commercial in Kangerlussuaq Greenland with fire juggling during the month of December (while also suffering food poisoning at the time), and providing strolling interaction/atmosphere on a 10 hour boat ride crossing through the Panama Canal as part of the Canal's centennial celebration where we started from the Pacific Ocean side of the Canal and 10 hours later came out on the Atlantic Ocean side.
You are busy enough, and shouldn't have to worry about your entertainment in addition to everything else. I welcome requests to make things easiest for you.

Each performance is customized to exactly what you want; therefore it has a variance every time.
For example, some people want fire; some don't. Some might want lots and lots of audience participation, while others don't want any. There might be certain themes (like sports, space, dinosaurs, science, cooking, or incorporating the phrase "juggling many tasks at work") where I'm asked to dress accordingly and juggle specialty items particular to that event. Once I juggled a telephone, phonebook and computer keyboard together.
Whether it's for a stage show, multiple shortened shows, or strolling interaction/atmosphere, I'm always fully self-contained; including my own sound system that runs off of an 8 hour rechargeable battery.
I can be outside in the sun, wind, rain, and even snow. Inside, I can juggle under any ceiling height even with obstacles hanging down. I'm 5'10'' tall, and have had times where things like streamers, balloons, or even hanging art is literally touching the top of my head; or nearly touching the top of my head -- I can kneel down and do an entire show on 1 knee if necessary. (At the Staples Center during a Los Angeles Laker game, I juggled for a group of eye doctors up in their skybox. Their ceiling was one of those exact situations that had things hanging down touching the top of my head; so I juggled 7 balls with its neck-catch ending while on both knees). Thus, ceiling height is never an issue.

Influences & Inspiration
Anything and anyone; but first starting my parents and grandparents. Everything I do is with the idea that I will only perform something if it's clean enough, respectable and appropriate enough for me to have my parents and grandparents watch and be proud of it.
After that, a distant 2nd is anything else ranging from other entertainers, movies, books, music, food, art, and colors. Some great lines have come from audience members, and the best ideas often happen when you're least expecting them. One of my favorite ideas happened when I was driving behind a car and saw their unique tail lights...I quickly sketched them on a napkin, and now it's developed into a $4,800 prop!
I have the flexibility to adapt to any space or setting.
