What Exactly Do I Do and How Can It Help You?

Overview

Your audience doesn’t need another motivational speaker who leaves them fired up for forty minutes and fuzzy on Friday. TEDx presenter, author, and business coach (some say business therapist) are a few words to describe me — but at my core I’m a connector of people to new ideas, smarter strategies, and the version of themselves they didn’t know was an option.

In each program, I combine storytelling, humor, and neuroscience in Layman's terms to help your audience understand their brand, their clients, and themselves in ways they didn’t see coming. Every attendee leaves with a shift in thinking, brain-based strategies they can use immediately, and a clear idea of what comes next. Let's talk.

What to expect

Planning an event is stressful enough. My goal is to make this one part easy.

Before every event, we'll schedule a planning call so I can learn about your audience, your event theme, and what you're hoping people walk away with. For larger programs, I'm also happy to meet with your leadership team. The better I understand your audience, the better I can tailor the stories, examples, and takeaways to fit your event.

I also like to arrive early whenever possible. Some of my best insights have come from conversations over coffee, standing in the lunch line, or yes... even in the ladies' room. Those conversations often tell me more than a planning document ever could.

Your audience can expect an engaging, interactive experience filled with stories, humor, neuroscience in Layman's terms, and ideas they can immediately put to use. My goal isn't to send people home feeling motivated for a day. It's to give them insights they'll still be talking about, and using, long after the event is over.

About

National speaker, TEDx presenter, author, and coach are a few words to describe me. But at my core, I’m a connector—a connector of people to new ideas, new strategies, and most importantly, to themselves. As a former wallflower in the world of business networking, I know firsthand what it takes to overcome the greatest obstacle you’ll face: the four inches between your ears. If you want a subject matter expert who delivers more than inspiration and then disappears into the hotel elevator… keep reading.

My specialty is designing interactive, in-depth experiences that go beyond the main stage. From immersive workshops to breakout sessions and full-day programs, I’ll help your audience shift their thinking and apply what they’ve learned before they’ve left the room.

Every event and organization is different, which is why I collaborate closely with you to build something that fits your goals — not a recycled deck with your logo dropped in. High-energy keynote to open or close? I do that too. But my favorite work happens when we dig deeper.

And if I’m not the right fit? I’ll tell you upfront. Your event’s success matters more than the booking.

Great message, great delivery, great reviews. You can't ask for more than that!" ~Al Blumenberg, NEI Global Relocation

Influences and inspiration

I'm influenced by great speakers, great storytellers, and people who challenge the way we think. My work also draws from neuroscience, behavioral psychology, branding, marketing, leadership, and strategic relationships. My favorite part is connecting those ideas in ways that are relatable, memorable, and immediately useful.
