Joyce E. Garner is the founder of Speak to Your Heart Music and a seasoned recording artist known for her soulful, worship‑centered songwriting. Her debut release, Lay It All Down, features originals such as “He Reigns,” “Let It Go!,” “Wail! Fight Church!,” and heartfelt ballads like “Love So Deeply” and “I Want to Love You, Lord.” Whether on record or on stage, Joyce’s expressive vocals invite listeners to reflect, celebrate, and draw closer to their faith.

A Flint, Michigan native, Joyce began playing piano by ear at four and added the organ by seven. Since 1991, she has shared her gift as a solo psalmist and worship leader, earning accolades at contests and uplifting congregations across the United States. Her ministry has taken her to conferences nationwide and to churches throughout Michigan, where she leads praise and worship with a joyful, declarative style. Influenced by contemporary worship artists such as Sinach, Elevation, Travis Greene, Todd DuLaney, CeCe Winans, and Maverick City Music, she continues to write new music as an ASCAP‑affiliated songwriter. When she isn’t ministering through song, Joyce enjoys exploring emerging technologies, connecting with people, and building financial freedom—proof that a creative soul can harmonize business savvy with a love of music
