Josh did a fantastic job in motivating and provoking thoughts. The presentation was "leadership is Personal" and a lot of our attendees truly related to the topic and was well received. We only wish the presentation was longer. We had 1.5 hours slotted for his presentation and he wrapped up in about 45 minutes and then we did have good questions that took an additional 15 minutes. So ended 30 minutes early. Presentation was very good.

Josh has spent over two decades with a large corporation and driven success by empowering the leader in the people around him. He is currently a VP/GM of the Americas within Emerson based on Iowa. Josh has provided leadership in many areas of business, serves on several boards, and been the executive sponsor for the local Women in STEM chapter of Emerson.
Josh has given hundreds of talks on leadership, teamwork, and trust over his career.
Josh is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
