As a Founding Partner with John Maxwell, I have a series of talks and workshops based off of his work. I also have a series of talks that have incorporated my 35+ years in the business world as a G/M Trainer for a world-wide corporation, a Mentor Trainer, a Business Owner of businesses that have succeeded and one that have failed. I believe my experience in failing is what John Maxwell called "Failing Forward" and I wouldn't have changed a thing in that regard. I have learned from every step I have taken and that experience is built within my talks.
I have done Keynote Talks to Team Building Workshops for Network Marketing companies, Lunch & Learns to Brainstorming with 25 Multi-Millionaire Business Owners at Darren Hardy's High Performance Forum. I believe that if you want to have the best people, they need to believe they are the best, and sometimes that takes more than lip service, it takes a mindset change.

Mr. Jon Anfinson is the Founder and CEO of Eagles Coaching where he has worked as a Strategic Advisor to many individuals and business owners to show proven performance in all aspects of turning around a business: profit and productivity improvement, increasing sales, maximizing efficiencies, behavior modification and organizational development.
Jon has been Founding Partner for John C. Maxwell’s Speaking & Coaching Team since 2013, where he instructs workshops and laser focused advisory sessions with those who truly want to take a leap forward in their businesses. Jon is the National Spokesperson and a Certified Facilitator for The Foundation For Inspired Learning Program, which works with youth teaching them skills on Leadership, Problem Solving, Attitude, Listening Skills, Money Management, and Effective Communication. Jon was also the Co-Founder of The Wellness Provider Network, a national educational network focusing on the benefits of pro-active health and wellness.
Jon’s business background includes over 35 years in hospitality management positions with Ramada Inns, Westmark Inns and Accor Incorporated. Jon served as a training manager for general manager teams, a trainer in the mentor programs and was a part of the General Managers Leadership Team w/ Accor. Jon has been the President & CEO of the Better Business Bureau of Southwest Missouri where he helped rebuild the financial status of the office to a level of more profit in his first year, than in the previous 5 years combined.
Jon has been honored to be a part of The High Performance Forum, a brainchild of Darren Hardy (Publisher of Success Magazine) where he and 25 other CEO’s of multi-million dollar companies, focused on sales & marketing skills, how to deal with your people, and developing strategies, systems, and planning for future growth in your company.

Nothing extravagant here. Just a sound system I can hook into (I have my own lavalier mic) and a projector with a screen. I will bring my own laptop and such.
