June 21, 2025We needed evening entertainment for a group of hard-working public school teachers who gathered for a retreat at Bethel University.
John 1 and Jon2, set up on the patio in front of Valentine Lake and we watched the sun set on these two talented musicians who not only told great stories, but they knew ALL the songs ( they rocked the cord progression on James Taylor’s “You got a friend.” It was Pure!)
Later in the evening, our event attracted more young people who joined us and thoroughly enjoyed singing along and dancing on the dock. These guys are the real thing. I can’t wait to have a reason to hire them again.

A JON1john2 performance is like a delightful journey down Music Memory Lane. Superb musicianship coupled with tight vocal harmonies are the gateway to performing songs that span several decades. We will have you tapping your toes and bobbing your head right out of the gate.
We typically play sets of music which last from 45 minutes to over an hour. Sets include favorite songs from popular artists all done with an acoustic flair.
