Jo Ann is an energizer! She expects her audience to be engaged and gets them there! She uses music, visuals and even participants to animate and equip others with the skills to grow and experience Christ centered professional and personal success. She is dedicated to energizing, stirring up, moving, and positioning the inner power of organizations and individuals; igniting their passion to pursue goals into action, and connect power to purpose.

Jo Ann S. Nesbitt is a social entrepreneur leading people with Christ centered principles of doing good works in their community and around the world! She is dedicated to helping organizations, businesses, church congregations, and individuals lead positive change that benefits society through social entrepreneurship and enterprise. She is a speaker, trainer, and teacher, using speeches, workshops, and seminars to equip others with the skills to grow and experience Christ centered professional and personal success. She is dedicated to energizing, stirring up, moving, and positioning the inner power of organizations and individuals; igniting their passion to pursue goals into action, and connect power to purpose. She is an experienced entrepreneur and has worked in community development and human services for more than 25 years. She also has a background in areas of real estate sales, public education, and banking. Over the years she has served many organizations, individuals, and her church in areas of organizational, personal, professional, and spiritual development. Her mission is to help others realize the inner-power they have to do good works! Jo Ann has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College. She is married to Pastor Edward Nesbitt, Jr. They have three adult children and ten grandchildren. She has ministered to women in seminars and conferences through her vision from God, Empowering Faith Women’s Ministry since 2006, and leads the women’s ministry at her church, St. Jude Great Commission Church.
