Jesse A. Cole, Jr. is a dynamic speaker, prolific author and leadership coach. He has dedicated his life to assisting individuals, teams and organizations to be authentic, bold, and excel in the marketplace. He is the founder of the Kingdom Confidence Conference, a business leadership platform designed to help marketplace leaders achieve success in their life and business.

Jesse holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Bluefield University, a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia University, and a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Certification from Cornell University. Known as The Kingdom Confidence Coach™, Jesse is the author of 6 books. His most recent book, “Kingdom Confidence: Demonstrating the Power, Authority, and Influence of God In Your Life and Business” (Available on Amazon) has allowed him to be featured in over 150 publications, including FOX40, FOX28, NewsNet, Digital Journal, Town Hall Finance, The Chronicle Journal, and International Business Times.

Jesse has coached leaders at companies such as, Ford Chaplains, Disney, ESPN, Deloitte, Michigan State University, Oakland University, Teach for America, Detroit Chamber of Commerce, National Microloan Conference and Michigan College Access Network.
