Please NOTE: I work Independently/Solo, I am NOT part of a staffing agency or similar so I cannot provide certain extra services. However, I can advise on where you can get such services.

EXPERIENCE: I have been waitressing for 17+yrs & bartending for over 15+yrs. I've worked in many types of bars/restaurants, night clubs & country clubs, colleges/universities, including: catered, private in-home & large outdoor music events.

What to expect

• WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY QUOTES:
-Me bringing my own personal Bartending tools
-Spill mats for the surface I work on (keeps things tidy!)
-Upon request: I could bring garnishes/dishes for the garnishes/napkins/straws
However, if this is requested, I typically do not include them in my quote I send here - I will ask for reimbursement at the start of the event (& I provide the receipt).
-Transportation costs to get myself to/from your venue
I take into account how far I am having to travel & I look up how long/how much it’ll cost me before I agree on a set price to send out. I typically travel via subway/bus/lyft/uber - so please keep this in mind prior to hiring me.
-Prep time prior to the start and clean up at the end of your event
-My time and effort/work for doing the job while at your event.

• WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED IN MY QUOTES:
-Larger bar items, such as the actual bar or table
I do not have a car or means to a vehicle so I do not have a portable bar to supply. (However, I am flexible on where you’d like me to set up and work from regardless)
-Glassware
With not having a car, nor working within a staffing/catering type company, I do not have the means to physically carry or store these type items with me. However, I can absolutely recommend other alternatives or give you names of rental companies to inquire pricing from.
-Gratuity
More times that not, I typically do not include gratuity upfront. I do this because sometimes clients want me to have a tip cup out instead, and sometimes they like to tip me themselves at the end after working with me. I’m negotiable on this however, but please have a convo with me on this before booking if you’d like to set this up differently.

• NUTSHELL INFO ABOUT ME: I have been in the Hospitality industry since I was 16 y/o-present (over two decades). I have done everything from waitressing, shot girl, bottle service, bartending, catering, promotional events (both liquor, home & food products). This includes venues such as small family run bar/restaurants, to large chain restaurants, large sports/nightlife bars, large outdoor events/venues (worked at Governor's Ball & Electric Zoo in NYC etc.), colleges/universities, nightclubs, weddings, engagements, baby showers, birthdays, private company events, private family/home events & similar.
