After dominating in the mortgage industry for many years as the Top Loan Officer in San Antonio, one of the Top Originators in the USA and one of the Top 10 Most Empowering Women in Mortgage in the World (2023), I retired from origination so that I could help others achieve what I did.
My key to true success: I led a balanced work and home life. I operated at a high level in my industry while only working 40 hours a week. I am going to show you how I did it.
Through a series of serendipitous events, I got into the mortgage industry at the age of 19.
I was the youngest branch manager ever at a national mortgage company when I was in my early 20's. In my late 20's, I was running 3 states for another national company. I have always performed at a high level no matter where I was.
Well over a billion in closed loans and a few years later (ha), here I am. Truth be told, in the beginning of my career, I had it all wrong. I thought that success was all about making a lot of money and closing a bunch of loans. I thought that I had to be available 24/7 in order to "make it."
So, I screwed up every relationship I had, every holiday, every vacation, and wasted a LOT of precious moments that I cannot ever get back.
So, I figured it out....
Figured out how I could still dominate AND go on vacation, work out, spend time with my family and truly lead a balanced life.
That is what I want to show you.
EVERYTHING that I ask or encourage others to do, I have done myself.
