Keynote
My keynote messages pull from a mixture of personal experiences, the wisdom of industry experts, and published research. When I talk about goal setting, I start by telling a story and then provide actionable tools for the audience to implement that day, all of which is backed by peer-reviewed research. My keynotes can last anywhere from 15-60 minutes. Laughter and humor are at the heart of my messages and my goal is that audiences leave ready and able to make changes in their lives.

Trainings
I provide leadership training to both small teams and large groups. I've facilitated as many as 1500 people in a hotel ballroom, led team trainings with as a few as six, and coached individuals one-on-one. Topics are all customized to what the clients needs are and who the audience is. My most popular trainings revolve around purpose, storytelling, value-based decision making, strategic planning, and vision or goal setting.

I got his first speaking gig at the age of five when I auditioned to emcee my community talent show. Holding a microphone and making people laugh was the greatest feeling in the world and I've been chasing it ever since.

After graduating with an education degree from Oklahoma State, I took a job in sales and quickly found out I didn't like having a boss. While I've been speaking and facilitating for profit since I've been 18, it wasn't until I left the corporate world that I pursued it full-time.

I currently live in Rogers, Arkansas with my wife and two Mini-Australian Shepherds, Finn and Lucy. We hike, do CrossFit, enjoy coffee and craft beer, and are always looking for our next adventure.

I exist to make the lives of other people better so that the world becomes a better place. I strive to fulfill this purpose in every keynote, training, conversation, and piece of content I produce.

A handheld microphone, a projector with sound capabilities (aka can play a video with sound), and the ability to play music are all I require.
