Hello, I'm a straight forward comedian who tells jokes about myself, my family and my outlook on all the things. I'm not cynical. I'm clever, I think. I'm not trying to push ideas but laugh at a few of them. I'm not dirty but if you're paying attention it just might seem like it. I smile on stage because I'm having FUN.

I'm a working comedian at clubs, special events and charities. I've performed for Laugh For The Cure and the Thomas Davis Defending Dreams Foundation, among others. I work mostly clean material with clever innuendos on fresh and current topics. It's always a fun, upbeat show!

Jason Allen King is a comedian, actor, writer and award-winning Filmmaker. He planted his comedy roots in Charlotte, North Carolina and made the most of every opportunity he could find. With one-of-a-kind life experiences and a passion for performing he enjoys a thriving comedy career. He tours the east coast playing a variety of clubs and venues, including The Comedy Zone. King crossed off a few items on his bucket list after opening for Christopher Titus, Bill Burr and Dave Attell.

A television and film actor, he also writes and stars in the popular web series “George & Monty”, which was invited to screen at the L.A. Comedy Shorts Film Festival. King’s unusual perspective and clever voice on stage is also the impetus for his success as a screenwriter and filmmaker. A number of his award winning films have screened at international film festivals across the country. He is also a contributing writer at Fourth Ward Productions.

No specific requirements but a proper stage, lighting and sound system for comedy is always funnier.
