My name is Jack Ryan, a seasoned singer/guitarist with a diverse repertoire of music and an unmatched ability to entertain. I love playing gigs of all shapes and sizes, and when I do, I interact with my audience and entertain to my greatest ability.
I play an array of 800+ cover tunes of different genre from classic rock (The Beatles, CCR, AC/DC) to to R&B (Al Green, Stevie Wonder, Whitney Houston), to pop (Taylor Swift, Adele, Harry Styles) to modern country (Chris Stapleton, Zac Brown Band, Morgan Wallen) and more. Give me a shout if you'd like to hear more!
Looking forward to hearing from you!

September 29, 2026Jack Ryan was one of the highlights of our wedding! Our communication before the wedding was professional and he would respond in a timely manner. We asked him to play an edm song while we walked down the aisle - he was gracious and skilled enough to learn an acoustic version! It made our ceremony extra special. He showed up to the wedding early to set up, he brought his own equipment, included our names in some of the songs (such a fun detail), and had an excellent playlist that all guests of all ages enjoyed! He was very skilled and sang beautifully. We could not reccommend him enough and would happily hire him again for our next event!

July 19, 2025Jack was outstanding—professional, talented, and a total pleasure to work with. From our first phone call, he was friendly, flexible, and genuinely interested in making our parents’ 50th anniversary party special. He brought all his own equipment, showed up early to be playing as they arrived, and even helped us coordinate the perfect entrance music. His voice is beautiful, his guitar playing is exceptional, and he created such a welcoming, joyful vibe throughout the day. He played for four hours, took requests, entertained the kids, and chatted easily with guests. At least a dozen people asked where I found him or how they could his original music. Jack helped make an already special day even more memorable, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

May 17, 2021For my husband’s 40th birthday, I originally wanted to hire a band but the venue only allowed a solo guitarist due to noise restrictions... I was wary about it all, but Jack made it totally awesome. He’s super talented and made it fun for everyone. He even sent over his list of songs before the event too so I could give him an idea of what we like. Super easy to work with and I’d recommend him in a heartbeat. Thanks again so much for a fun memorable night, Jack!

As a solo performer and live musician, I believe that it is essential to guide my performances based on the energy level and response of the audience. In order to have a successful show, I will tailor my repertoire to fit the environment of the gig, and the general demographic and energy level of the crowd.
I believe that there is nothing better then separating two songs with a little banter. If my crowd is feeling it, then I am ready to pounce. I will poke a little fun, single people out, and try my hardest to be funny... all in good fun.
My name is Jack Ryan of Stamford, CT and I am a professional music performer. My musical career began when I was 17 years old - my buddies and I started a band, "Dirty Books", and played local shows at our high school, restaurants, and extracurricular events in our hometown of Ridgefield, CT. Years later, I had success playing shows around my college campus in NH; at bars and on-campus events, and eventually graduated and moved back home to CT.
After college, I was hired by Carnival Cruise Lines to perform as a solo singer on guitar and spent five years performing on ships; three hours a night, six nights a week. The time that I have spent performing on cruise ships has been, by far, the best practice that I have had to prepare me for a career of live performing. In between cruise contracts in 2017 and 2018, I lived in Nashville, TN and played gigs on the main strip five nights a week. Since 2020, I have continued my career performing at country clubs, private and corporate events in and around Fairfield County, CT.
Thanks to these experiences, I am able to call myself a proficient performer and entertainer and am always excited by the idea of bringing my chiseled talents to new avenue's.
I'll need a functioning power outlet, and a little bit of space.
If your venue employs its own sound system, I am more than happy to utilize it.
