I help people expedite their process to embrace wholeness, unlock purpose, and walk free to live their most fulfilled life for the rest of their lives. As founder & CEO of First Paso Media and host of podcast First Paso, I am a champion of healing and restoration, utilizing the tools I gave learned on my own journey to wholeness and freedom.

As an avid learner and teacher, I have over 25 years of formal education, about 15 years of mentorship, and over 5 years of teaching experience from pre-Kindergarten through doctorate-level courses. I pay forward the knowledge and wisdom collected through education, global teaching experiences, and pharmacy practice.

As a renowned public speaker and social activist, I have been featured on the radio, in newspapers, and have worked with Light Bearers, the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Diversity & Inclusion Task Force, churches, and organizations. I am bold in my call for equitable change in the constructs of society.

I earned my B.S. in Biochemistry at Southern Adventist University, Pharm.D. at University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy, and M.P.H. in Global Health and Health Disparities at The George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health all while battling severe food allergies and debilitating uterine fibroids. I empathize with those challenged by their life circumstances, using my story to empower others to push through roadblocks preventing them from achieving greatness.

I approach my endeavours with humor, depth, sincere honesty, and selfless compassion. I seek to create spaces for others to laugh, learn, grow, and be challenged in their ways of thinking and living, curating a life of freedom & balance.

I love to travel, speak Spanish (bilingual), ballroom dance, play my musical instruments & sing, perform in theater productions, and spend time with family.
