She is the author of the popular book, Made Like Martha: Good News for the Woman Who Gets Things Done, God, What Do I Do? A Bible study on Judges 1-5, and the rom com novels, A Very Bavarian Christmas (which is becoming a movie), and A Very Bavarian Summer. Katie is a wife and mom of five. She has a Master's Degree is Secondary Education and has experience teaching in public, private, and homeschool settings.

She is the author of many books, including: Made Like Martha, God, What Do I Do?, A Very Bavarian Christmas, which is being turned into a movie, and A Very Bavarian Summer. She has her Master's Degree in Secondary Education and she is also a singer/songwriter, and co-host of the Martha + Mary Show podcast. Katie has written articles for Huff Post, TODAY'S Parenting Blog, Proverbs 31, Focus on the Family and many others. Katie and her family live in Northeast Florida.
