May 29, 2026We had a simple wedding of about 70 people and Keith helped so much with keeping food going, clearing trash, helping us pack up food. I was the bride and sort of in a daze for most of the night but anytime I saw him he was moving and it helped make sure our families got to be really present. I don’t know what we would have done without him and the clean up the next day wasn’t bad at all

Most of my 20+ years of bartending was in Florida, working at Country Clubs and for catering companies in Palm Beach. I feel more comfortable doing private parties and working with the clients with prep work, setting up tables and chairs, anything they would need to get the event looking on key. I would also find a discus a signature cocktail for their guests to enjoy. I also would help with the cleanup, whatever it takes so they can entertain their guests and not worry about the small details.
