We had a 40 person backyard party and David was our bartender. He was on time, interacted well with our guests and made a great whisky drink. We had 2 signature drinks and David was very flexible in making ‘off menu’ drinks. Highly recommended!

I had four terrific waitstaff over three days to help with a wedding at my home. In addition to providing excellent service, they were excellent at solving problems that inevitably arose during the festivities.
Hiring Exquisite Event was the single best decision I made for the wedding.

We hired Exquisite to bartend (1) and waitstaff (2). Professional is an understatement. In fact there aren’t words for how good they were. We had 50+ guests. The bartender and lead ‘caterer’ (far more than waitstaff) were seriously experienced and thankfully able to completely take over.
I left the bar semi setup, so the bartender could choose how they needed to work. After that she setup, did the garnishes and handled lines up to 6-deep at times, with a fun attitude, great skill, and knowledge. And continually watched the bar and the room as adjustments or help were needed, including helping in the end to closedown the party.
I could not have done without the head caterer and her assistant. They took over the last of the cooking!! Served beautifully AND cleaned up!!! They’ve were amazing. Things always happen when you’re throwing a party. Someone who was doing one of the entrees had cancelled. It put me behind. Try as I had, there were a couple of apps that weren’t done and when we opened the frozen cooked shrimp —it wasn’t cooked. The catered food was delivered early and of course all these things happened at about the same time, as I stood there still in my kitchen clothes. I had seen enough of their competence and skill to trust them to handle ALL this, as they insisted I leave it to them and go and get dressed. —I was not disappointed. There was not a minute when anyone had to wait with a used plate in their hand. Every time I turned around there she was clearing. I never saw a plate or glass sitting anywhere. And they were washing as they went. I saw none of it, because I actually was able to attend my own party. I couldn’t say enough good things about these workers —They worked tirelessly. Im still amazed. Thank you. It wouldn’t have been the same party without you.

June 29, 2026David sent a great crew!
We celebrated my daughter's college graduation party this past weekend with family and friends arriving from all over. The staff all showed up on time and ready to help me get the party across the finish line. Erin, the bartender was great! She helped prep the garnishes for the specialty drinks, set up the bar service and the guests loved her. Anneke and Alexis were wonderful, super helpful in coordinating the food and setting up the buffet service, clearing things away, dishes and trash, and generally helping to make everything run smoothly so I could enjoy actually enjoy the party too!. I will definitely be using them for future events!
