He kept me posted the day of event on his ETA, showed up when he said he would, and was more then professional, while still being personable. When he wasn't anticipating what was needed, he was handling my guest requests with ease AND a smile. Unflappable with what was a somewhat "rowdy" bunch and a bit of a "diva" hostess! Thank you Mike.
