What to expect
When you bring me in to speak, your audience can expect an experience that feels personal, relatable, and inspiring. I don’t just deliver a speech—I share stories, lessons, and tools that connect with people on a deeper level. My goal is to create an atmosphere where everyone feels included, encouraged, and ready to take action.
Your audience will walk away with practical strategies they can use immediately—whether it’s to lead more confidently, build resilience in tough times, or communicate with purpose. I love engaging with people during and after my talks, answering questions, and helping them find clarity in their challenges.
About
Nagham Alsamari is a Manager Resilience Trainer who helps organizations stop losing high-potential managers to burnout.
With 13+ years of training experience, Nagham created Behavioral Resilience Training™, a methodology that teaches managers how to make better decisions under pressure, recover from setbacks faster, and lead without burning out.
As founder of Imkan Leadership Development and a Maxwell DISC-certified consultant, she's featured in VoyageMichigan Magazine and known for her Train Your Resilience Muscle™ framework. Her keynotes and workshops give managers practical, behavioral tools to handle the real pressure of the job, not just motivational theory.
Sessions are immediately applicable and designed to create measurable shifts in how managers show up under stress.
