Janie Honeycutt is an experienced speaker and leadership coach. Janie started her career in learning and development with a focus on the human behavioral side of change. As a result of her 20+ years of experience in leading organizations, teams, and individuals through the complexities of change, she discovered her personal mission for helping leaders who struggle with implementing meaningful and sustainable change at the individual level. Today, her talks will inspire, educate, and empower individuals and organizations to navigate change with confidence by implementing a simple self-awareness method that will increase impact, enhance leadership capabilities and build trust.
Janie earned a Master’s degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University (LMU). Janie is a certified Change Management Practitioner (PROSCI) and an Executive and Life Coach with Certified Coaches Federation (CCF). She resides in Los Angeles, CA with her husband, Alan. Most importantly, Janie is a proud wife, mother, women’s ministry leader, change enthusiast and a latin ballroom dancer.
