Huzzah is a seven-piece early hot jazz ensemble from Durham, NC, bringing the 1920s and ’30s roaring into the present. With resonator and grand bouche guitars, upright bass, trombone, clarinet, violin, flute, saxophone, saw, ukulele, and vocals, we deliver a full acoustic sound built on tight ensemble work and fearless improvisation. Our repertoire spans hot jazz, swing, blues, jug band, and western swing—music made to move a room. Ideal for festivals, dances, cultural events, and unforgettable private parties.
