July 28, 2026Roslyn’s presentation at our Dutch Indo Heritage Luncheon was incredibly moving for everyone who attended. Hearing her share her parents’ story from her book, Meant to Be, was an inspiring reminder of hope, resilience, survival and love. She spoke with such honesty and emotion that the whole room was drawn in. People were in tears hearing what her parents went through, and smiling through tears when she described their survival and how eventually they found each other. You could also see how much of their strength she carries in her own life, especially after her cancer journey. I literally got goosebumps listening to her speak. Her story is relatable to people from all backgrounds. If you want a speaker who truly inspires and connects with an audience, I would absolutely recommend booking Roslyn. It was an honor to hear her bring such a beautifully written story to life.
