Though they use technology to turn their two voices into an entire band, they project a natural and authentic sound that emphasizes the beauty of the human voice, whether singing a sweet lullaby or an uptempo jam. HOWL is a two-woman vocal group that layers live vocals using a loopstation to create an entire song from scratch before your eyes. Though they use technology to turn their two voices into an entire band, the feeling they bring is pure authenticity and natural musicianship.
HOWL specializes in repertoire that is fun and family-friendly. We are both moms of small children and love to sing for kids! We incorporate well-known children's songs into mash-ups and even have a catalogue of Halloween-themed music.
HOWL is based in Bergen County, NJ and performs throughout the NY metropolitan area.
We provide our own equipment for small gigs but would need additional amplification for outdoor gigs or large venues. We need a power source and a dry flat surface for equipment.
