I had a 30th birthday party for my closest friend and this band was perfect for it. They had a great mix of either dancing music or background music. It's great for any setting. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

We had Hot Club perform at a corporate event with an upscale Art Deco period/Roaring Twenties theme.
They were very easy to work with, and our guests enjoyed them immensely.
They looked and sounded fantastic!!
Recommended highly.

We hired these guys for a corporate party casino night and they were fabulous! Communication before the event was very prompt and it was all very easy. On the night, the guys were very professional, played great rat pack-style music which the crowd loved! Would highly recommend!

What to Expect
An elegant look inspired by the fashions of the 20's and 30's, and a light, swinging sound that is acoustic, can be played at a low volume, or can be amplified. Great for background 'cocktail hour' events but energetic enough to draw people to the dance floor. Ideal for 'Great Gataby' themed / vintage styled events, but still speaks to a modern audience.
About
The Hot Club of New England is a musical collective featuring the top swing, gypsy, and hot jazz musicians in the New England area. Founded by vocalist Atla DeChamplain, violinist Jason Anick (leader of the internationally renowned gypsy jazz group The Rhythm Future Quartet), guitarist Max O'Rourke, and bassist Greg Loughman, HCNE is on a mission to bring the elegant and classic style of the swing era and the roaring 20's to a modern audience. Their music contains echoes of Ella Fitzgerald, Duke Ellington, and other legends of the Great American Songbook, tinged with the French Manouche style of the great Django Reinhardt and the Quintette du Hot Club de France. The core instrumentation of voice, violin, acoustic guitar, and upright bass (with the option of adding piano, drums, clarinet, accordion, etc.) works exceptionally well for intimate events, and also has the power to draw people to the dance floor. The Hot Club of New England is looking forward to working with you to make your event swing.
Additional Booking Notes
The band features vocals, violin, acoustic bass, and acoustic guitar. This ensemble can be larger (adding drums, clarinet, accordion, etc.) or smaller to suit the clients needs. We can provide our own amplification if needed.
