We recently hired Hospitality Bay to help assist with my wife’s birthday party, and I honestly could not have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment Berdell arrived, he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. He helped with drinks, food preparation, guest interactions, and countless little details throughout the evening that helped everything run smoothly.
What really stood out was not just the quality of the service, but the kindness and positive energy Berdell brought into our home. Our guests were well taken care of, my wife was able to relax and enjoy her evening, and the entire event felt elevated because of his presence and help.
It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, work ethic, and such a genuinely good personality. We were incredibly grateful for everything he did and would absolutely recommend Hospitality Bay to anyone looking for someone dependable, thoughtful, and outstanding at what they do.

Our annual Christmas party is attended by about 100 people and bartending always seemed to be a challenge. Most of the services prior to this involved serving staff "acting" as bartenders. Well, now we're spoiled because from moment one, Chris was awesome. From setup to close, he was knowledgeable, courteous, funny, and incredibly fast. The crowd loved him and his engagement with them was playful and funny, even creating a "horrible" drink for my daughter's friends' Boom Cup tournament. Fielded a lot of kudos from our guests and will definitiely be a return client!

This is my second time using this company and again the service was great. This time we had Mimi and Sheree ( My apologies if I misspelled your names) They are awesome. They made sure my party went smoothly. They made sure to be on point and there for all my needs from serving to assisting with what ever we needed even checked to make sure I was hydrated and taking it easy. What to expect
As a waitstaff, we will catering to the guests with plates, make & refill drinks & beverages, clean, come early to set up the event, be the party/event host, stay late in taking down the event, help set decorations, etc. We vow to make your event go smoothly as possible, while making it a success!
