🎤 Holiday Karaoke Party Booking Rules & Expectations 🎄
We love bringing the holiday cheer and high notes to your home, but we also love being good neighbors! To ensure your festive gathering is full of fun (and free of fines), all bookings must agree to the following Maui County noise and safety compliance rules:

The 9:00 PM Golden Rule: In alignment with Maui County Short-Term Rental and residential guidelines, all outdoor singing, amplified music, and loud gathering must move completely indoors by 9:00 PM.
The "Bring It Inside" Window: After 9:00 PM, all doors and windows must remain closed if the karaoke machine is in use to prevent sound from carrying to neighboring properties.

No Outdoor Amplifiers: Our high-quality sound equipment and Bluetooth speakers are strictly for indoor use only (or within a completely enclosed garage/lanai area before 9:00 PM). Amplified sound that travels past your property line at any time of day is a violation of local ordinances.

Respect the 50-Foot Law: Maui County strictly penalizes music or singing that is plainly audible from 50 feet away. Keep the volume balanced—we're here to sound good, not to wake up the block!
Host Responsibility & Fines: The booking client assumes all responsibility for the behavior of their guests. Any county noise citations, police warnings, or fines (which start at $500 for a first offense) issued during the event window are the sole responsibility of the host/homeowner.

Working together, we can present an enjoyable social, while respecting the neighbors.
