June 1, 2026I cant tell you how extremely helpful this company was for my husbands 70th birthday party. I thought I might be able to do most of the prep in advance for it myself, but when the day started I quickly realized that I couldn't have done it without Steves help! I would have NEVER had enough time with the guests on site to do all that needed to be done that day and I was so grateful for his and his staffs help. Not only was everything handled perfectly, but the presentation of the food, attention to detail on the placement of items, timing and clean up follow up was suburb. Thank you Steve for taking all the pressure off me allowing me to enjoy my hubby's birthday!! We will definitely have you back again!

Steven Dutra and our core staff have over 100 years of collective experience in every aspect of the food and beverage industry. Our crew has done it all from dishwasher to restaurant ownership. We have "seen it all" and can handle any type of event and all the surprises that can pop up!
If you are not using a professional caterer, we highly recommend that buffets be set up indoors, (away from direct sun, extreme temperatures and bugs). For food safety, hot food should be kept hot and cold food cold. Foods that should be otherwise kept at hot or cold temperatures, should never be left out at room temperature for more than 2 hours. We have a small supply of electric chafing units and some serviceware available at a small extra charge.
