Overview
I have been playing for 8 years and am currently the Pipe Sergeant for the Kern County Pipe Band and the Pipe Major for the Bakersfield Police Fire Pipes and Drums. I am also the official Bagpiper for the Bakersfield Police Department. I have experience playing a variety of events including funerals, memorials, parades, weddings, and parties. I am willing to travel to play for an event. If there are any special tunes you wished to have played, please let me know. If I don't know the tune, I'll try and make sure if have it ready for your event.

What to expect
I know a good amount of bagpipe tunes, but I don't know them all. If there is a special tune you are wishing me to play, please let me know in advance so I can have it prepared. I also play several tunes that are associated with several Scottish clans. If asked ahead of time, I might be able to have a clan specific tune ready for the event.
About
I was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA. After graduating high school in 2009, I began learning to play the bagpipes. I played for approximately two years and then focused on work and studying for school. I began playing again in 2016 and have been going strong since. I am currently the official bagpiper for the Bakersfield Police Department, Pipe Major of the Bakersfield Police Fire Pipes & Drums, and the Pipe Sergeant of the Kern County Pipe Band. I have competed in several competitions and played numerous funerals, parades, parties and other kinds of events.
Additional booking notes
The bagpipes are extremely loud and are better enjoyed in open areas. I can and have played in more confined spaces. Normally I would need to have a place to put my bagpipe music case and a place to tune my instrument before playing. I am very flexible and can play in just about any situation.
