To begin, we'll share a call or an in-person meet up to go over your aesthetic, budget, timeline, and priorities for the event. From here, I'll get to work putting together a few vendor options based on your requirements.
Once we've decided on the vendors, I'll get to work on the personalization and smaller details that will make your event everything you've ever dreamed it would be. Want to craft a signature cocktail? We'll experiment. Need someone to wrangle vendors for samples, tastings, etc? I'll be your girl. With a background in project management, the process is very organized and you'll never be in the dark.
When your event gets closer, I'll handle scheduling for walk-throughs and any final details. I can also offer day-of coordination by me or my assistant, where we'll be with you to make sure everything goes smoothly and you can relax and enjoy the event.

Former wedding photographer and tech industry veteran, I've gotten to know some of the best in the business—from that separates a good DJ to a great DJ, to which kind of planning techniques can streamline the process and increase collaboration and visibility, to who makes the best food in the state! I think that personalized touches are what can take an event from "so-so" to "instant classic" so prefer to work closely with my clients. Whether it's capturing a couple's story in the decor of a wedding, to providing partygoers with the perfect leave-behind to stay top of mind in the case of corporate events, your event will not be forgotten!
