May 16, 2024We hired GSD Music Services to play a live jazz trio for a cocktail hour benefit. GSD Music Services went over and above any expectation we had and curated an incredible night of music. We let them know the demographics and event type and they took it from there, fully delivering a memorable performance that the crowd couldn't get enough of. GSD Music Services knew exactly what to bring and how and where to set up so we didn't have to manage the logistics throughout the event. They are incredibly talented musicians and absolute professionals. I would recommend GSD Music Services to anyone -- they are at the top of their music game, very knowledgeable about performing for live events, and their pricing is extremely reasonable. May 15, 2024I have hired GSD Music Services twice now for company functions and will definitely use them again in the future. The first time we had a solo pianist playing holiday jazz and the next year we hired a quartet with a fantastic vocalist. Greg always makes the process easy, answers questions before I even know to ask them, and the caliber of the musicians is always truly top notch. We have several musicians working at our company and they are always excited to hear the groups and ask the musicians questions on their breaks :) I highly recommend GSD if you need live music for your events!

May 15, 2024My wife is a huge fan of music so I wanted to do something special for her 50th birthday party. I found GSD through a friend of a friend that had used them and they knocked it out of the park! We wanted to do something more subdued for the dinner portion and then bring the energy up after dinner and Greg put together a group of players that were beyond qualified. They played beautiful jazz while we were eating and then slowly brought the energy up with some classic oldies songs that we all knew and sang along to, and eventually even got all of us dancing to Motown classics—my wife's favorite :) Everybody was blown away and the music added so much to a very special night. Thank you Greg and GSD Music!

May 15, 2024Greg put together an AMAZING band for our charity gala! We had 7 guest performers, so it was a FULL production. All of the musicians were INCREDIBLE and such pros. Greg was also willing to work with our budget and give me honest information about what was doable within that range. The band exceeded my expectations! Greg organized all of the band call times and made my job so much easier. I would hire GSD Music Services again for next year's event!

Typically, all that is required is access to power. We can handle everything else from there!
Our set lists vary depending on the type of group booked, but working with top tier LA musicians means everyone on stage has a vast knowledge of songs and many years of experience!
We can provide a wide range of styles for your events. Jazz, Pop, Rock, Motown, Classical, Acoustic, Salsa/Latin, and Brazilian are just some of the genres we excel in.
If booking Highline, depending on the lineup we require at least a 12X16' stage
