After being my mother's primary caretaker throughout my teenage years and then watching her lose her fight to a rare lung disease in 2014, I had reached the lowest point of my life. I battled with depression, loneliness, and even wrestled with my faith in God. However, it was in the process of my grief journey that I discovered hope, healing, and even joy. Since then I’ve become a ministry leader, speaker, and advocate for grief support with a mission to help others also find hope in the midst of mourning and take intentional steps towards rebuilding their lives.
