As a mobile bar owner, having a flexible and efficient setup is crucial for both indoor and outdoor events. If the venue doesn't have a portable bar structure, we will need to know this so we can bring our own. We will also need sufficient lighting for evening events. Access to a reliable power source is essential for running blenders, coolers, or other equipment, especially for outdoor setups. Additionally, we'll need storage solutions for ingredients, ice, and glassware that maintain cleanliness and comply with local health codes, ensuring smooth operations regardless of the venue.
