I had so much unresolved trauma from my childhood. It began affecting every aspect of my life. I eventually took the initiative to sign up for a Heal Your Inner Child Program and it really changed my life. I learned how to connect with my inner child and soothe her when necessary. This encouraged me to become a Self-Love Coach and help others through their trauma.
