Wonda Billingsley is a native of Altamonte Springs, Fl. She has over 25 years of human resources experience and 5 years of business management and consulting. She is the Founder and CEO of Ashante & Anthony Community Empowerment, Inc (AACE). AACE is faith-based, veteran owned and operated, non-profit organization design to empower the community through education. Wonda’s desire to service the community comes from long legacy of strong men and women that taught her the importance of community development.
Wonda retired from the United States Army as a Master Sergeant with over 20 years of exceptional military service. She served as an instructor for the Army Commander/First Sergeant Course for 3 years, a Senior Drill Sergeant for 3 years, and a Postal Instructor in the European Theater for 3 years. Just to name a few. She has several years of experience teaching leadership and human resources courses both in the military and as a civilian.
Wonda developed an equal opportunity program in a multinational environment servicing 11 different counties. She planned and executed programs/events on a monthly bases designed to promote awareness of all cultures worldwide. Wonda often served as the host, master of ceremony or guest speaker during these events.
She developed a human resources training program in her current role, designed to educate employees on human resources, for example family medical leave or workers compensation.

Wonda earned a bachelor of science in Human resources and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She has the skill set and education need to bring any event to life as well as provide a solid educational opportunity.
