I operate on idea that it has to be FUN to be memorable. Incorporating humor, engaging questions, mixed with valuable educational facts allows for more of the senses to be activated and the information more related so they can retain it and implement the lessons learned for a rewarding and exciting experience regardless of your dominant personality profile. Dale Carnegie was quoted as saying that "People rarely succeed unless they have FUN in what they are doing."

Juan Ortiz or "JohnnyJuan" as my friends and colleagues affectionately call me, grew up in Tyler, TX. The Rose Capitol of the World. Graduated from John Tyler HS and attended TJC where I studied Psychology, Art, and Manufacturing Graphics. Electing to leave college for a job in sales due to economic reasons, I never gave up on education and have since obtained several certifications. The one I am most proud of is the coveted Zig Ziglar Legacy Certification for Speaking, Training, and Coaching where I was hand selected to be part of the very first "Pandemic" Virtual Class. My background is predominately in the Automotive Dealership Financing and Management, Consumer Lending/Banking and most recently specializing in Mortgage/RE Lending helping and serving families to take ownership of the American Dream.

With that as the FUNdation (as I call it), We can now help and serve so many more families and individuals to BE More, DO More, and HAVE More as Mr. Ziglar invested the better part of 5 decades transforming peoples lives. We have uncovered a myriad of needs in the community, Non-Profits, and local businesses to teach them the basic life skills to whether most and storm and certainly any economy. Serving on several local boards gave me the understanding of being able to do more with less.

Now married for more than 25 years (going on 26) and 3 children, has allowed them to be my most prized and most valuable clients to serve and learn from applying the most recognizable Ziglar quote of "You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want." I don't expect anyone to follow me if I do take care of those that matter most. They are my LEGACY!

Ultimately, my goal is simply to add more value to the lives of the people I serve than I take in compensation allowing those communities to flourish and grow for many generations to come.

I operate very minimalistic and can usually simply use and power point to give a good visual, and can still have the same presentation without one.
