### Notes & Technical Information
Dom Martin Ministry is committed to making the booking process simple and stress-free for event organizers. Our speaking engagements are designed to work in a variety of venues and event settings, from churches and conference centers to schools, banquet halls, outdoor events, and community spaces.
**Sound:** A quality PA/sound system with a wireless or handheld microphone is preferred. For larger venues, a sound system capable of comfortably projecting the speaker's voice throughout the audience is recommended.
**Lighting:** Standard venue lighting is sufficient for most speaking engagements. Stage or presentation lighting is appreciated for larger conferences, theaters, and evening events but is not required.
**Staging:** A small stage, platform, or designated speaking area is preferred but not required. We can adapt to the available space.
**Presentation Equipment:** If needed, we may utilize presentation slides, video, or other visual media. A screen/projector or display should be available when visual presentations are part of the agreed-upon program.
**Setup:** We typically require approximately 30–60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for setup, sound check, and event coordination. Specific setup requirements will be communicated in advance based on the event.
**Venue Access:** Early access to the venue is appreciated so that we can become familiar with the space, coordinate with the event team, and ensure everything is ready before guests arrive.
**Travel:** Local and regional engagements are welcome. Travel fees may apply for events outside the standard service area and will be discussed and agreed upon before booking.
**Additional Needs:** We are happy to work with event planners, churches, production teams, and venue staff to accommodate reasonable technical and logistical requirements. Our goal is to provide a professional, engaging experience while making the process as easy as possible for the event organizer.
