What can you expect?
Host should expect to receive questionnaire before event that will provide me with the details of service and venue specific information. The day of event the host should expect to give me a quick overview of the venue, supply locations, trash removal and a run down of the nights festivities. Host is than free to be a guest and enjoy the evening. My staff and I are quite comfortable in commercial and residential kitchens.

As a college graduate, I've spent the last six years applying my logistical and interpersonal expertise as a professional in disaster relief and as a community outreach coordinator.
