Tracey's passion is to create memorable experiences and educate people on cocktail creating while explaining all the different elements that go into developing a well balanced drink.
She has been in the hospitality industry since 2006. She worked her way up from being a hostess/waitress to a bartender and now educator and consultant. Mrs.Eden loves to entertain guests and develop menus that are unique and inspired. She also loves teaching bartenders techniques and skills to help them create their own cocktails and succeed.
On top of being on the bar side of the bar, Tracey has found a home on the consumer side, representing spirit brands and consulting with bars to create cocktail programs.
Through quarantine, she created cocktails and video tutorials for brands to help teach at-home bartenders new techniques and original cocktails to recreate. Tracey both films and edits all of of her videos. She has also hosted several virtual cocktail classes for both individuals and business companies alike to personalize celebrations. Mrs. Eden has the ability to customize cocktails to fit the client's preferences and work effectively to make the experience a special one, even from a distance.
