FRANKLIN SANE's 80's GLAM PARTY! synth pop duo clocks in as an immersive engaging experience. Of course the songs are terrific and FRANKLIN goes all in as a performer - dynamic vocals with a theatrical delivery mark his every appearance. As someone who lives and loves the songs from this hallmark era his sheer enthusiasm is contagious and he has as much fun sharing his thoughts on the songs with audiences as he does performing them. And that contagious energy translates to the kind of sing-along-dance-till-you-drop fun that only comes from an organic openhearted performance. With JOEL FADDOL providing flashy live keyboards and FRANKLIN adding some live guitar along with fully arranged backing tracks you get a complete authentic sound revved up with the energy that comes from live performance. And while the act has a well manicured popular playlist they are open to adding material on request.

FRANKLIN's theatre and dance background are all part of the act. Slides/videos set the scene for each song, and he's keen to get everyone dancing and singing along to songs that reside deep in our consciousness with their magnetic sound. Guests often remark that his stream-of-consciousness commentary is as entertaining as the songs. It's the kind of banter that brings in a personal joint experience for everyone. And for evening performances the lighting sets the mood with various shades and colors and even strobe effects for an all out experience. After years of close calls with his own brush with fame through various record labels and music industry contracts both here in the states and in the U.K., FRANKLIN SANE has formed a synth pop duo to perform some of the best known songs form the 80's and beyond. It was in the 80's after all that guitars and synthesizers married fast fashion and even FRANKLIN's original songs as a songwriter and vocalist have the mark of 80's synth pop influences.

FRANKLIN has performed on the college and club circuit, on network television, and had his original songs featured on college and modern rock radio, and played supporting slots with national touring acts. He has released two albums of original material, REVOLUTION DAY and LIFT, as well as REMIXAMOOZA, an album of 60’s pop/rock refashioned as 80’s dance floor favorites. Franklin has also been active collaborating on originals with artists from New York, England, Holland, Australia and beyond. And his original songs have been voted number 1 in audience voting indie radio charts in North America and Europe as the vocalist for such acts as the KOLLABORATORS and THE MODERN CLOUDS. And he has a YouTube channel with videos of originals as well as cover songs to show his versatility.

FRANKLIN also performs as ZIGGY MOONDUST in the tribute act BOWIE'S ALIVE! With a background in classical voice, mime, dance, theatre and performance art Franklin is uniquely qualified to “play the part” in this theatrical show featuring film, slide projections and live band performance. Mr. MOONDUST comes with a fairly complete BOWIE pedigree, a personal career inspired by the starman himself, with all the trappings minus the global fortune and fame of course, but then who’s counting? Even before launching this act those who heard his original recordings had begun to refer to him as THE AMERICAN BOWIE.

Appearing with FRANKLIN is keyboardist and vocalist JOEL FADDOL who has played nearly every style of music you can think of from classical to jazz, pop, standards, R&B and more both live and as a studio performer in big bands and rock bands and jazz trios.
