I'm committed to helping others become the best version of themselves they could become. We all have value, something to offer humanity, and humanity needs our contribution. As to that person we truly are meant to be. By developing ourselves into that person, we would then truly offer humanity the person in which we truly are. Bringing more value to ourselves as well humanity. It's learning to use the resources that are already available to us in helping us achieve that goals. There is always room in ourselves to grow. The best room to build on is the room of improvement. It's truly possible to live the dream and vision we have for ourselves. Don't deny yourself the person you could become.

My name is Franklin McQuaid and I live here in the city of Fulton NY in the USA. I was born in Camden NJ on December 14, 1959, and lived in NJ until 1971, in which our family moved to Oswego, in Up State New York. I had taken up weight lifting at the age of 18 and started competing in Powerlifting at the age of 26. Later on at the ages of 37, 38 and 39 I won three back to back to back New York State Powerlifting Championships. One USA National Championship and one International Powerlifting World cup at York Barbell.
I am huge in self personal development. I believe we all were meant for something more. That we all were born with a purpose and cause. Something to offer humanity, and humanity needs that contribution as to the person we truly were meant to be. It's not just important that we do, it's extremely vital that we do!
I am a believer in our Lord Jesus Christ, for He is the foundation for in which I live. I enjoy talking with others about going after thier true desires for life. I believe it's possible to achieve what ever we truly want in life. It's possible to do the work needed in achieving that. It's all about the choices we make, plus the true desire to give yourself permission to not be denied in accomplishing your true hearts desire.
