May 22, 2022Talented and professional!
Super professional, asked great questions to ensure they were prepared, were punctual, and performed a guitar cover of a song we requested for our wedding ceremony. The music was beautiful, we were so happy with how it turned out. Could not recommend Michaela enough!

About
I have been playing music since I was 5 years old, beginning with piano, and adding in guitar and bass along the way. Since 2017, I have played, recorded, and toured with my band Planet Mercury, giving me extensive knowledge of learning, performing, and recording music. I am available for live and studio fill-in work on guitar, bass, piano, and vocals, as well as writing and studio work as needed.
Additional booking notes
I am able to bring my own instrument/amplifier/pedals. I do not own my own PA or live vocal equipment (I do have studio vocal capabilities from home). I will need a PA, lighting, and soundboard provided by the venue.

Influences and inspiration
As I was learning guitar, I was heavily influenced by John Frusciante (Red Hot Chili Peppers) and his unique sense of rhythm. As I expanded my musical taste, I have become most influenced by bands such as Red-Hot Chili Peppers, Against Me!, Nirvana, Adele, David Bowie, P!nk, The Struts, The Interrupters, and many more.

“Played at a boring corporate event so gave the event a needed entertainment value. Plays familiar cover tunes with a unique style giving even more of a unique performance. ”
