I’m Empress Diandra, a Jamaican-born, Los Angeles–based event host and emcee who brings warmth, personality, and a playful sense of humor to the microphone.

My background in commercial real estate, nonprofit board service, and helping organize professional events has shaped my approach: come prepared, communicate clearly, and make people feel welcome. I enjoy connecting with different personalities and finding the moments that bring a room together.

For professional events, I help guide the program with speaker introductions, smooth transitions, and lighthearted audience interaction. For parties, I bring games, laughter, and encouragement to get guests onto the dance floor—starting with myself if necessary!
