November 28, 2022We booked Evan Lopez as the entertainment for a work event. Finding the right performer was tricky because we have a pretty mixed bag in our office of young bright technical people, and fellows like me who are more old-school roll up your sleeves and work with your hands types. Evan provided something for everybody and had us spitting out our drinks from laughter. He does this one joke about Tinder that, if he takes requests, I highly recommend you ask him to do - if you dare!

November 15, 2022I have had the ultimate pleasure and find myself extremely lucky to have found someone like Evan Lopez in the comedy game.
My name is Mackinnon Beaton and I’m a producer in the SoCal area and I find that he has been a privilege to have been able to work with over the past 4 years. Evan not only brings his truest self on to the stage by walking us through his life, but he shines light on his history of dating, his cultural identities in which he grew up with and of course some silly life observations.
He does a such a great job in being able to showcase his life all while connecting his audience all the while, we learn what makes Evan Evan. To which that make him him. Interestingly unique. Evan has a beautiful approach to comedy and really sees it from a “fighters perspective” since he did come from a background of boxing (maybe you’ll learn about that in a joke that he he will tell). Evan Lopez is a down right professional through and through so if you need someone to add value to your comedic line up, Evan Lopez is your guy!

Meaning he wasn't necessarily planned.. But this did not mean Evan Lopez did not have a plan of his own.. Born in a small desert town in California to a mixed household being half Irish half Puerto Rican has made Evan diverse in culture with a unique upbringing that he brings to the stage. From a young age Evan always enjoyed the creative process and used humor & entertainment as a tool to survive through life. Evan believes laughter is the best medicine. Unless you have good insurance. The first time Evan was on stage he fell in love with it. He knew that he was doing what he was meant to do. Performing at comedy shows throughout California & Texas. Evan loves observational humor and finding the weirdness in everyday life. Shucking traditional trends Evan grew up with pet pigeons and being homeschooled. In reality what that means is I was a feral kid whose PE class consisted of throwing dirt clods and digging up anthills.
