I teach Christian women who feel stuck and alone how to move through periods of darkness so that they can live with greater peace and joy while feeling closer to God.

• Learn to work past tough seasons in life such as Broken relationships/Health problems/Financial difficulties
• If feeling behind those around you learn small daily strategies to act on to move forward
