Jordyne Carmack, PhD believes every person has the capacity to lead with excellence when they lead from the heart. For seven years, Dr. Carmack served as a tenure-track associate professor, teaching courses on workplace communication, public speaking, and marketing. After an invitation to present to a group of talented and passionate entrepreneurs, the light switched on – it was time to start sharing her expertise with emerging leaders of any age, outside of the classroom.

Today, Dr. Carmack is host of Women of the Bluegrass, an authentic leadership development podcast for women and a leadership and communication coach working with a range of clients, including new managers, entrepreneurs, college faculty, and corporate supervisors. She specializes in helping leaders assess their skills and areas of growth using Everything DiSC®, articulate their core values through create compelling vision statements, and communicate more effectively with their teams and organizations.
