Amber and her team of two, Paul and Kayori (sp?), staffed a holiday/birthday party for 125 last week, and did such a wonderful job. They were prompt and professional, and helped with the event so that my spouse and I could "set it and forget it." Amber was wonderful about checking in with me throughout the evening if I was needed by the caterer, or if she had a question or other matter requiring my attention. They were extremely helpful with cleanup, which is often the biggest challenge at the end of a busy party. I look forward to engaging Elite Event Staff again for another event!

We hired Elite Event Staff for a 50th birthday party and they were great. Our main need was for them to keep the place tidy throughout the event. They also made sure everyone was hydrated and fed! I didn't have explicit instructions for them, so they used their professional judgment on how to run it. They also helped with break down after the event. Had a great experience!

We hired Elite Event Staff for a corporate event of over 250 people. They were prompt and professional with their service. Once we briefly explained how we needed things set up they were very efficient in the service. They were also great with cleanup, we will certainly use them again!

Our event had primarily buffet/self-serve stations. Amber is multi-talented and was able to provide assistance in many areas: with beverage service, keeping hors d'oevres platters filled, bussing plates and filling guest requests, general food service and kitchen clean-up. I'd not have been able to enjoy my guests without her. Thank you Amber.

Clear communication leading up to the event. Proactive in getting set up before guest arrived. They were so understanding as we had several late arrivals and had to push back our dinner time. We still managed to get everyone served, even offered seconds, and the majority of clean up done before the end of the booking. Amber went above and beyond and snapped a few pics of the event while I was too busy to even remember. They even lit all the candles that I also had overlooked. Highly recommend.

Amber and her staff were a delight! Everyone was polite, professional, and very helpful. We had a party of about 60 people and they were there to put together appetizers, tray pass them, take drink orders, keep the food filled and hot, and anything else that we needed. Elite Staff was AMAZING! Amber came to my bachelorette party and was ready to make sure I had the best experience as well as my group. Everyone loved that we had someone so kind, and quick to help us. She was so attentive of 13 girls and anything we needed she was quick to help us. She took care of everything we asked and made sure we were happy. She even listened to us ramble about nonsense. I would 1000% recommend Elite Event Staff for any of your food/drink service, you won't regret it!

I was in a pickle and need staff to assist with my event. I shared with event staffing my concern and that I needed a staff person badly. Elite responded immediately, I was so happy. At first, I should have kept looking other staffing agencies also responded. The rate I was charged by Elite staffing double from the other agencies. I was grateful to have the help and happy that she brung her assistant. At the end of the night dishes were not washed, garbage was not taken out. It was a wedding Party that called me and shared that they loved the food but the wait service was awe full.
I had even shared with Elite that I was ripped off by one company and that the staff that I had hired bailed at the last minute. Elite worked over time to assist me but charged me double the initial rate quoted. I was charged $50 and hour for service and was charged $for 1.5 hours of overtime for one contracted person. However I did utilize her assistance seeing as how he was on premise. I also tipped he $50 he was not contracted for the event but did work. I will never use this service again. Especially seeing as how two other companies offered a little later 4 hours for $125.

Dany Vann you hired me as waitstaff. You contacted me @ 11pm the night before your event in a panic.. However you had me & my assistant cooking peeling & washing potatoes, frying chicken & French fries, making grilled cheese sandwiches,peeling fruit & making fresh fruit juice. You paid for 1 waitstaff not 2 sous chefs. There was no way we could have prepped & cooked the food and also did waitstaff duties. You were completely unprepared for your job. We did nothing but help you in your time of need. The people who hired you didn't tip you because you were not prepared for the job. I have nothing to do with your lack of professionalism or you not knowing how to run your business. You agreed to the price, if it wasn't condusive to your company you should not have hired us. In addition washing dishes & taking out the trash is not waitstaff description unless specifically specified upon hiring. Which you did not. The only thing you had listed for our waitstaff was to pass out hors d'oeuvre. Which we did, I also put dishes in the dishwasher. We went over & beyond our job description. You are being completely untruthful in your review, however thank you for choosing Elite Event Staff, we appreciate your business.🙂
