Nothing but a scam

This service provider has no experience whatsoever on serving tables. My event was a disaster because of them. I contracted 14 for my event and the food was served cold, no sauces or chips were served. They got my guests wet when passing around a beverage. One of the members acted and spoke as if he was intoxicated. He was even hitting in one of my guests. There was no leadership, no sense of urgency. Plates were not picked up until I lost my patience with them. Myself and my family members had to step in and serve out guests !!!! They were unprofessional, even got caught stealing our food and alcoholic bottles. Complete disaster!!!

Hi Nancy, we understand your dissatisfaction but feel your expectations weren’t clearly communicated. Despite discussing the placement of supplies beforehand, we weren’t informed when to serve champagne, chips, sauces, or where they were stored. Your food vendor arrived over an hour late, and many guests arrived near the end of our shift, yet we served them happily. It seems there was confusion regarding our role as waitstaff versus day-of coordinators. We’re surprised you allowed the staff to complete their shift, then request a full refund two days later, which feels unfair and highly unreasonable.

For future events, we recommend hiring a dedicated coordinator. Your guests were great, and we appreciate your sister, Jennifer’s, help with coordination within her capacity of what she knew of your expectations before she left early.

Well managed team

The service staff were great and well managed by Bianca who was incredible to work with! They were kind and friendly with all the guests. It was very easy to book through the App. The service team was timely and professional. I would absolutely hire this team again!

Good Staff

The staff arrived on time, they were extremely helpful in general and they did everything that DTour promised they would with only one exception. We had 2 separate bars set up and hired 2 Bartenders and they brought a 3rd (assistant/supervisor it seemed) which we also appreciated because he was big help with the amount of people and activity we had. All 3 were all very upbeat and navigated well with our guests. The only issue we had was the bartender that was supposed to be well versed in making a couple of the whiskey cocktails that was discussed weeks prior, far from nailed it. We have a pretty nice whiskey bar at home and no doubt our guests are spoiled but after 1 Old Fashioned, the word was out. Please know that otherwise she was very pleasant and did her job and of course handled the Rum and Coke type drinks no problem. The other bar was set up for the beer, wine and blended drinks like Margarita's and Daiquiri's and all that went well. Overall they sent us a good group and they put in the work as advertised but again we were expecting black belt level skills behind our whiskey bar.

Great Service

We hired someone to help place frozen soft pretzels and churros in the oven all night and cut birthday cake, as well as valet services to transport guests in our golf cart up the driveway. Usually I am on pretzel and churro duty and end up not enjoying the party. I was very happy with Dtour productions. We had some mishaps the day of the party (like our electric golf cart deciding to die) but they were quick to pivot and receptive to the changes we made. Great service, friendly staff, 10/10 will hire again.
